Y33 series belt conveyor

Purpose:

This series of belt conveyors is a new type designed specifically for the operational characteristics of foundry workshops. It is primarily used for conveying materials such as new sand, used sand, molding sand, coke, limestone, etc. It can also be used in industries like building materials, chemicals, and grain processing for conveying non-corrosive, low-temperature, granular and powdered materials.

Features:

1. This machine is driven by an axle-mounted reducer, which occupies little space and is easy to install and maintain.

2. The upper support roller adopts a clamping type of fixation, which is convenient for installation and has strong ability to adjust and prevent belt deviation.

3. The reducer is equipped with a backstop to effectively prevent the belt from slipping backwards.

4. The unloading process is driven pneumatically.

5. The tail tensioning stroke is available in three structures: 300mm, 500mm, and 800mm.
