Purpose and Features:

The pulse cartridge filter is a pulse filtration and dust removal equipment, featuring high purification efficiency, compact size, large filtration area, good filtration effect, low pressure loss, long service life of the filter cartridge, and quick and convenient installation and maintenance. It consists of a dust removal chamber, pipeline, air inlet, filter cartridge, air outlet, air bag, pulse controller, pulse jet valve, jet pipe, etc. The filter cartridge is made by folding and rolling polyester fibers, with its lower end sealed and the upper end aligned with the lower opening of the jet pipe.

After the dust-laden gas enters the filter cartridge dust collector through the air inlet, the airflow velocity slows down. Coarse particles detach from the airflow and settle into the dust collection chamber, while fine dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter cartridge as it passes through the filter cartridge with the airflow. The clean gas is discharged through the air outlet. When the ash layer on the surface of the filter cartridge is thick, the pulse controller sends a command to open the injection valve. The compressed air in the air bag is ejected at high speed through the injection pipe, simultaneously inducing several times the amount of surrounding air to enter the filter cartridge and rapidly ejecting it from the inside out, blowing the dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge down into the dust collection chamber, which is finally discharged through the ash discharge hopper. Real-time online monitoring can also be achieved. The pulse filter cartridge dust collector is one of the most widely used and effective dust removal methods in the world.
