S86 series vibrating boiling cooling bed

This equipment is used for the conveyance and cooling of hot used sand in the self-hardening sand and clay sand process recycling in the foundry workshop, and is a relatively ideal heat exchanger.

Features:

1. The vibrating boiling cooling bed consists of a bed body made of porous fish scale plates and a blast system.

2. The blast system blows cold air from below the fish scale plate, causing the hot sand to boil. The air fully contacts the hot sand, carrying away the moisture in the sand, which is then discharged through the dust removal system. In this way, the hot sand is cooled, and the cooled used sand is continuously transported to the sand outlet for removal.

3. The heat exchange between boiling sand and air is 6-10 times greater than that in a static state.
