Purpose:

This equipment is primarily used in the sand removal section of various molding lines, for sand removal cleaning and slow cooling of mass-produced castings.

Features:

1. The machine operates at a low speed, and the hot and humid used sand forms a cushion layer around the castings, which solves the problem of damage to thin-walled castings during shakeout and reduces the damage rate of castings.

2. With good comprehensive performance, the used sand is crushed, cooled, and roughly screened, making it suitable for batch production lines of small and medium-sized castings.

3. Equipping with dust covers can not only enhance the cooling effect but also reduce the dust content of used sand, thereby improving the green sand's wet compressive strength and permeability.
