L32 series double-layer cooling shakeout drum

Purpose:

This equipment is primarily used for shakeout and cleaning of castings in batch production, while also providing slow cooling for the workpieces.

Features:

1. With an advanced structure, the inner cylinder of the roller is equipped with screen holes for sand falling and forward conveyance of castings, while the outer cylinder conveys used sand in the opposite direction, resulting in high production efficiency.

2. The rotational speed of this machine is relatively slow, which achieves a certain degree of cleaning and cooling effect on the castings during the conveying process.

3. After the mold enters the inner cylinder, the used sand is quickly stripped and sieved out, with less overall heating, resulting in a lower temperature of the used sand after sand removal.

4. The recovery rate of used sand is 100%, and both crushing and coarse screening have been achieved simultaneously.
