S84 series sand cooling roller

Purpose:

This equipment is primarily used for cooling the online used sand in the casting production line.

Features:

1. This machine is equipped with a dust removal cover, which improves the cooling effect by circulating cold air. At the same time, it reduces the dust content of used sand, enhances the green compressive strength and permeability of molding sand, thereby increasing the yield of finished castings and achieving better overall performance.

2. A propelling guide plate is installed at the inlet end of the roller to quickly push the sand into the roller, preventing sand from accumulating at the inlet and causing sand overflow.

3. A dust-raising guide plate is installed inside the drum, which can lift the slowly advancing sand and allow it to fall in a rain-like mist at an appropriate angle, exchanging heat with the circulating cold air, resulting in a significant cooling effect. During the fall, the sand will break up some larger sand clumps, which is beneficial for improving the crushing rate of used sand.
