TYLS cooling belt conveyor

This machine is primarily used in conjunction with horizontal molding lines to transport and cool down sand molds after casting. It is an ideal conveying and cooling equipment for mechanized foundry workshops.

Features:

1. The conveyor system consists of a hardened gear reducer, sprocket, and chain. The hardened gear reducer can be customized to be placed under or on the left or right side of the frame according to the on-site space conditions.

2. Flexible installation, allowing the length and angle of the belt conveyor to be determined according to on-site needs.

3. Utilizing encapsulated rollers and heat-resistant rubber belts, it boasts strong conveying capacity.

4. The end of the tail tensioning roller is equipped with a rotation indicator to ensure safety control.
