FTB boiling cooler

Purpose:

This series of equipment is primarily used for cooling and film removal of used resin sand. It also possesses functions such as removing metal particles and demolding of micro-powder. It is the preferred cooling equipment for hot sands such as "V" process, lost foam casting, resin sand, water glass sand, and newly dried sand.

Features:

1. This equipment is equipped with a high-pressure blower and a circulating water cooling system. It achieves cooling by exchanging heat between the hot sand in a boiling state and the cooling water pipes, resulting in excellent cooling effect.

2. Equip a reasonably configured ventilation and dust removal system that also functions to remove dust during the cooling process.
