Features:
A screen is installed between the sand inlet and the heat dissipation tube to prevent debris from entering the heat exchanger.
2. The heat exchange method of staggered heat dissipation tubes is adopted, allowing the sand to continuously change its position during its tortuous downward journey, ensuring sufficient heat dissipation for the sand.
3. Designing a slower downward speed allows the sand to move slowly from top to bottom, which not only facilitates heat exchange but also reduces wear on the cooling tubes, extending their service life.
4. Adopt a counterflow heat exchange form, with water flowing from the bottom and out from the top, opposite to the direction of sand flow.
5. The radiator tube is equipped with high-frequency continuous circumferential welded fins, featuring a large heat exchange area and excellent heat conduction efficiency.
6. Equip a temperature control system to achieve fully automated operation. When the sand discharge temperature exceeds the set temperature, automatically close the sand discharge gate and activate the water circulation system.
7. Equipped with a material level detection and control device, ensuring that the heat exchanger inside the sand temperature regulator is always buried by sand.
