S24 Series Fixed Single-Arm Sand Mixer

Purpose:

This series of resin sand single-arm sand mixers is primarily used for mixing resin sand and sodium silicate sand.

Features:

The adhesive supply system utilizes an electric variable diaphragm pump and a gear pump, featuring lightweight, compact size and structure, and stable and reliable flow.

2. The sand is evenly mixed, effectively ensuring the quality of molding (core making).

3. The sand mixing time is short, with no head or tail sand, and the discharge is clean after stopping the machine.

4. The adoption of a fully open sand mixing cage arm facilitates blade cleaning or adjustment, making operation and maintenance convenient.

5. The single-arm slewing structure is simple, requiring less equipment investment.

6. A new-to-old sand ratio regulator can be installed at the inlet of the sand mixer according to production needs, to accurately control the output and ratio of new and old sand. During the sand mixing process, the ratio can be selected and adjusted according to the preset ratio.

7. The electrical appliances are controlled by PLC, with sufficient restriction and protection, and displayed on the simulation screen, ensuring stable and reliable operation and achieving automated production.
